Our Ugandan team has welcomed Antoon Blokland, the Dutch cycling water reporter, in Fort Portal to promote safe water and sanitation together.  Despite the heavy rains, about 40 cyclists from the local cycling club and the FINISH Mondial, Amref Health Africa and Caritas Fort Portal – Hewasa team joined Antoon in his cycling journey. The Dutch activist visited the FINISH Mondial sanitation systems in Mugusu Town Council and at Kaboyo primary school.

Anton Blokland has been cycling across Zambia, Mozambique Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda in the past year to raise awareness for safe water and sanitation.
