FINISH Mondial India organised a Workshop on WASH Financing and Collaborations for SDGs on the 2nd of November, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was a packed house, with participants from the banking and financial sector, along with academics and experts on environment. Topics like Environmental, Social and Governance, Climate Resilience, WASH Entrepreneurship Development and Financing were covered by the guest speakers. It was very impressive to see all these organisations and institutions gathered in one room and witness their commitment towards the sustainable development goals (SDGs), in particular sanitation for all.

The panel discussion focused on financial inclusion and how to meet the SDGs through WASH loans. The panelists included experts from different financial institutions. Professors from Lucknow University also provided their insights and underscored the need for financial institutions to contribute to the SDG efforts.
